Solvers’ ratings as of January 1st 2018 produced by the Solving Tournament Manager are published! 9 tournaments are included for the 4th quarter 2017: 26th Kedainiai Cup, Open Solving Championship of CFO, 10th Albino Cup, 4th Round of Serbian Solving League 2017, 28th Henk Hagedoorn Memorial 2017, XVI WSGP 2017 Open, XVI Warsaw Grand Prix 2017, 24th Belgian Championship 2017, 5th Round of Serbian Solving League 2017.

60th WCCC – Highlights and Decisions


WCCT: The results of the 10th WCCT were confirmed as final by the assembly. Selection of the themes and judging countries of the next WCCT is scheduled for the Congress of 2018. The spokesman will ask the delegates to submit their suggestions throughout the next year.

WCCI: Dmitry Turevsky will be the director of the 2016-18 WCCI. Selection of the judges will start this year.

Pending solving norms after WCCC


The list of all pending solving norms for GM, IM and FM titles has been updated by the Solving Tournament Manager software and published on the Solving page. It reflects all new norms achieved and titles granted at the 60th WCCC in Dresden.
